Description

Demolition of existing restroom building, slabs, concrete stairs, walls, and other items associated with buildings. Supply and Install two (2) 2-seat CXT vault restrooms and vaults. Supply and Install two (2) bearproof trash bins. Supply and Install two (2) hydrants with accompanying drain pit. New waterline to include trenching, backfilling, and bedding material. Remove and dispose lift station pump assembly and fencing. Disconnect and transport generator and propane tank to warehouse (approximately 1 mile). Installation and compaction of fill material, and aggregate, and site grading. Construction of concrete walks and slabs.
