Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC, 28533, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Integrated Technologies Group Inc. (ITG) (CAGE 1EJ55) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Emergency Operations Center underwent an upgrade in FY22, this requirement will enhance those capabilities by integrating the audiovisual equipment to enable unified collaboration conference room for presentations, (NIPR) VTC and Microsoft Teams calls. AV over IP audio and video distribution, presentations from the Operator�s Workstation, lectern, and cable tuner in the AV Rack. Room operations to be managed from the Operator�s Workstation, SgtMaj�s Desk, and the lectern. This requirement is an enhancement of the Emergency Operations Center�s upgrade completed in FY22. This requirement will need to be integrated into the Emergency Operations Center system that Integrated Technologies Group Inc. (ITG) (CAGE 1EJ55) installed. A warranty was provided by ITG. Checking SAM.gov ITG has an active registration and no exclusions, and therefore is a valid source of service. Therefore, the government intends to procure these services on a sole source basis from Integrated Technologies Group Inc. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within five (5) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered.�� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
