- 2023 ISAM Workshop Announcement� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Consortium for Space Mobility and ISAM Capabilities (COSMIC) In-space Servicing, Assembly, and Manufacturing (ISAM) technologies and capabilities are challenging the status quo, moving spaceflight toward a new operational paradigm. Seeking to empower U.S. leadership and energize the commercial ISAM marketplace, the Consortium for Space Mobility and ISAM Capabilities (COSMIC) will host its kickoff meeting, �Exploring the Power of Collaboration,� on November 7- 8th, 2023. During the workshop, NASA ISAM subject matter experts will be available to discuss technology transfer opportunities for companies interested in ISAM innovation and NASA�s ISAM Technology Catalog. Registration for this event is now open and can be found at the link below. � � �https://cosmicspace.org/2023/08/cosmics-kickoff-meeting/ Disclaimers: This notice is for information and planning purposes only, and is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contractual agreement. Attendance at this event is not required to participate in the technology transfer process. Note that NASA ISAM technology transfer is limited to domestic entities and persons, since many of these items will contain International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR) data. Interested organizations must show that they have a legitimate use for and can implement and enhance the technology. They must also demonstrate that they are capable of handling ITAR/EAR data responsibly. Participating companies must execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or confirm that its company still honors an existing NDA prior to NASA disclosing information to its personnel.
