Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Information Technology Category (ITC) identified a need to procure a Westlaw Precision subscription in support of the Office of Information Technology Category. For this requirement, the Government intends to award a sole source (brand name) purchase order to West Publishing Corporation, 610 Opperman Drive, Eagan, MN 55123-1340 using procedures outlined in FAR 13.106-1(b); as there is only one responsible source, and no other supplies or service will satisfy the agency requirement. The resultant contract is intended to be awarded as a firm-fixed price (FFP), single award for a 12-month performance period. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted for future requirements. Interested parties may submit a description of their capabilities to successfully satisfy a requirement for a Westlaw Precision annual subscription. The contracting activity is GSA/FAS/ITC, 1800 F Street NW Washington, DC 20405.
