Description

The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) Contracting Office, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract, to Prime Movers Controls, Inc., under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a) � Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for the system commissioning of a new BPL-6704 bow thruster control system umbilical connection and update to the existing schematic drawings of the wiring connection and systems on the vessel Robinson Bay.� The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334519. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.� This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for the system commissioning of a new BPL-6704 bow thruster control system umbilical connection and update to the existing schematic drawings of the wiring connection and systems on the vessel Robinson Bay. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation, Contracting Office intends to make this modification to Prime Mover Controls, Inc., 3600 Gilmore Way, Burnaby, Bc, V5G, 4R8, Canada.
