Services shall be performed in accordance with Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations and as stated in the Performance Work Statement. This is a solicitation for commercial services issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number W912CN-23-Q-0049. This acquisition is being solicited as 100% small business set-aside. The RFQ contains line item(s) on a firm-fixed price (FFP) basis. See attached solicitation including all attachments for instructions and information. All offers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database as a small business under the NAICS requested and have a CAGE code via SAM at www.sam.gov.
