Extension of the RFP submission deadline from October 2, 2023 to October 13, 2023. 2.Round two questions and answers. 3.RFP amendment two with changes highlighted in BLUE. The purpose of the USAID Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning & Strategic Information Activity (MEL SI) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ) contracts is to provide monitoring, evaluation, learning, and strategic information support services to USAID/Uganda�s technical offices and implementing partners. Implemented via Task Orders, these services will strengthen performance management by generating a technical evidence base to guide the Mission�s programming.
