Description

The purpose of this amendment to combine synopsis solicitation is to answer questions submitted. No new questions will be accepted or answered. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Questions and Answers: Is there an incumbent for this contract? Answer: Yes, Cherry Tree Enterprises If so, could you provide the contract number? Answer: 36C24819P0115 Can this solicitation be changed to a SDVOB Set-Aside? Answer: No, it is in the best interest of the government to solicit as unrestricted. Just to make sure what is the Set aside for this solicitation. Answer: Full and Open Competition, Unrestricted. We were wanting to see about site visit if possible. Answer: No site visits will be scheduled. We kindly ask you to provide us with a clarification on the actual estimated number of pickups per month. Answer: Pickups for Gainesville VAMC must be conducted once a week; at the contractor s discretion during the hours of 6:00 am 4:00 pm ET. Is there a specific manner in which you like to receive quotes. I.E. Formatting, template, etc. Answer: No specific formatting. All interested companies shall provide quotations detailed on the B.2 Price/Cost Schedule and in according with B.3 Statement of Work (SOW). Detailed quote in accordance with the solicitation and SOW. Quoters shall list exception(s) and rationale for the exception(s), if any. We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
