Description

28 Sep 2023: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Installation Readiness Center (MICC-IRC) has a requirement from the United States Army, Headquarters, Installation Management Command (HQ IMCOM) and the Department of Public Works at Fort Novosel, AL.� A non-personal services contract to provide Job Order Contract Services (JOC). The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Statement of Work (SOW). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in this SOW. Contract Type:� A Firm Fixed Price (FFP).� The award will be made to the offeror who provides a proposal that is determined to be the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Period of Performance:� The anticipated period of performance will be a 30-day phase in. A base period and four (4) one year option periods to include the six-month extension under FAR 52-217-8, if exercised. The anticipated full period of performance is May 21, 2024, to May 20, 2029. All questions must be submitted by 13 October 2023 12:00 p.m. CDT in writing to Samuel Colton at samuel.j.colton.civ@army.mil and Stephanie Deal at stephanie.r.deal.civ@army.mil. Any changes to the RFP will be conveyed through an amendment to the RFP. Solicitation amendments will be posted to the sam.gov website at�https://.sam.gov/.�Offerors are responsible for checking the website for updates/amendments to any and all documents.
