THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE - THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS. The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard (USCG) Director of Operational Logistics (DOL-94), intends to award a sole source award to Management Concepts Inc., 8230, Leesburg Pike Street 800, Tysons Corner VA, 22182 (DUNS: 082355652, CAGE Code:5J639) for Training Program Development and Implementation Support Services. The anticipated period of performance is from 11 October 2023 to 1 December 2023. The �anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), �Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.� The contract is intended to meet the organization�s need for Training Implementation and Development Support Services. The Government anticipates a single award to obtain virtual courses that can be modified or customized to accommodate the needs USCG growing workforce while adhering to the standards of the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Equivalency Program and the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification requirements. The certification programs supported by DAU are unique to the DoD and are based on students meeting training standards (directly supported by DAU) as well as education and experience standards. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES/PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICIATION IS AVAILABLE. Telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice. Additionally, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the government.
