- THIS�IS�A�DRAFT ANNOUNCMENT�FOR�INDUSTRY�COMMENT. Solicitation packages are not provided. The�Agency will not�accept�any submittals. The AE Selection Board is tentatively scheduled�TO COMMENCE ON OR ABOUT JANUARY 2024. In Accordance With (IAW) FAR 15.201 the Government intends to hold exchanges with industry before receipt of proposals to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities, thereby allowing potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government�s requirements, and enhancing the Government�s ability to obtain quality supplies and services, including construction, at reasonable prices, and increase efficiency in proposal preparation, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.
