- This pre-solicitation notice is being issued by the AFDW/PKA, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 ahead of an anticipated procurement for 844 CG SYSTEMS ENGINEERING and TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (SETA) Follow-On. The Contractor shall provide the services outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement. IDIQ Ordering Period/Task Order Period of Performance is: Year 1: Apr 22, 2024 To Apr 21, 2025 ����������������������������������� Year 2: Apr 22, 2025 To Apr 21, 2026 ����������������������������������� Year 3: Apr 22, 2026 To Apr 21, 2027 ����������������������������������� Year 4: Apr 22, 2027 To Apr 21, 2028 ����������������������������������� Year 5: Apr 22, 2028 To Apr 21, 2029 ����������������������������������� Year 6 Optional: Apr 22, 2029 To Oct 21, 2029 Point of contact:� Agatha W. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541513 Computer Facilities Management Services for which the Small Business size standard is $37 million. The PSC code is DG01. The Solicitation is anticipated to be posted to sam.gov Contract Opportunities on or after October 16, 2023. The closing date for the receipt of quotes will be set forth in the RFP. The Government anticipates award of a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) service contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Materials contract type. The solicitation will be posted under solicitation number FA701424RXXXX. We anticipate award before 21 April 2024. This requirement will be solicited using commercial Contracting by Negotiation procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be made available electronically upon its release on Contract Opportunities. Paper copies, faxed copies, or email copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for the posting of the RFP and any amendments. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to be considered for award. See www.sam.gov for further information and instructions. DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) is also attached. The purpose of this DRAFT RFP (and RFP Attachments) is to generate interests and solicit feedback on this requirement. The Government team will review the comments/questions, and may �incorporate revision(s) as appropriate to the Final RFP.
