Description

The USCG requires continuation of the current DCSS services, which includes security administration, office space and project management support services. Security administration support services include personnel security administration and physical security support for all three in-scope locations (Alexandria, Kearneysville & Portsmouth). Security administration project management includes support for developing requirements, building work breakdown structure documents, and monitoring cost, schedule, and performance of active and future security administration projects. Office space support services include assisting the Coast Guard with management and support of offices, cubicles, conference rooms and other common areas throughout C5SIC Kearneysville. This support will include supporting office space equipment, audiovisual equipment, seating assignments and general facility on-site support. Office space project management includes support for developing requirements, building work breakdown structure documents and monitoring cost, schedule and performance of active and future office space projects.
