Description

The purpose of this notice is to post the announcement of award applicable to contract W31P4Q-23-C-0052. The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal awarded contract W31P4Q-23-C-0052 for PrSM EOC-3 production quantities on an other than full and open competitive basis under the authority of Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements on 29 September 2023. The contract action is a 36-month effort for the production of PrSM Missiles with a total award amount of $67,532,289.99. Award was made to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC), 1701 W Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 75051; Cage Code 64059.
