- This requirement is to add NIINs to an existing long-term strategic, sole source contract which will include multiple NSNs / FSCs.� The requirement is being solicited as Other Than Full and Open Competition for NSNs 5310-01-117-6269, WASHER, RECESSED, under part number 3822039-6 and 5340-01-203-2489, SEAT, HELICAL COMPRE, under part number 3163809-6.� These items are listed as a 3/P and 3/D. �The OEM and approved sources listed are: Cage 59364, HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC. Cage 2N935, BOEING DISTRIBUTION SERVICES, The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement are 332722 and 332510.� The annual quantities are 81 each for NSN 5310-01-117-6269 and 392 each for NSN 5340-01-203-2489.� NSN 5340-01-203-2489 is listed as a Critical Safety Item. Surge requirements does not apply.� The required delivery for NSN 5310-01-117-6269 is 90 days ARO and for 5340-01-203-2489 is 140 days ARO.� FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required.� Export Control does not apply; current Joint Certification Program registration is not required.� Hazardous may apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).� A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. �From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
