Description

The Virginia Army National Guard (VAARNG) issuing a sources sought as a means to conduct market research to identify vendors who can provide a telehandler forklift for Manuever Training Center(MTC). The intent of this notice is to determine if there are businesses who can support the requirement.� The intention is to procure this product on a competitive, firm-fixed price basis. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333924 Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The product service code is 3920 Material Handling Equipment, nonself-propelled. All interested parties must accurately reflect their size and socio-economic status if a small business. After evaluating information received in response to this notice a determination of procurement method, open market, or use of existing contract vehicles, etc. will be made by the Contracting Officer. The requirement made be set aside or full and open competition. Interested companies shall submit packets for review by VAARNG. Attachments must be in Microsoft word or Adobe PDF. �Please submit the following. 1. Company name, mailing address, email address, telephone number and point of contact 2. Realistic delivery time period (i.e. 30 days, 2 months, 12 months, etc.) after award, needed in order to deliver the product. 3. The attach specs sheet fill out. (This may be submitted in excel) 4. Unique SAM id number or Cage Code Questions regarding this notice are to be submitted no later than 11:00 am Eastern standard time, Thursday, October 19, 2023.� All question shall be submitted by email no phone calls. All response to this Source Sought must be emailed to Mrs. Katina Moore, katina.l.moore7.civ@army.mil no later than October 26, 2023, by 2:00 pm Eastern standard time.
