The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), on the behalf of In-Service Carriers (PMS 312), has awarded a Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside contract for In-Service Carriers Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Fire Watch Support for the USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) and, if Options are exercised, USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) RCOH availabilities. Award N00024-24-C-2101 was executed to Mills Marine and Ship Repair LLC, 211 Market Street Suffolk, VA 23434 on a competitive basis. The statutory authority for this Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside award was done in accordance with FAR Part 19.8.
