- Description
- The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Southeastern Markets Contracting Division intends to procure a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide medical gases and cylinders in support of Naval Branch Health Clinic Mayport (NBHC Mayport) Jacksonville, FL. The perspective contract will contain a base year and 4 (four) option years. Questions or Clarifications: All questions are to be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist: john.t.coche.civ@health.mil and Contracting Officer: lenore.y.paseda.civ@health.mil with email subject: Requirement HT940624Q0001. The Government may not respond to questions received less than 3 days prior to the due date and time for receipt of quotations. Submission of Quote and Due Date: Quotes are required to be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer at lenore.y.paseda.civ@health.mil and Contract Specialist at john.t.coche.civ@health.mil on or before the date and time specified in the SF 1449 -Block 8 of Page l. The quote shall conform with the requirements listed in this solicitation. Thoroughly read the Quote Preparation Requirement Section for instructions and quote requirements.
