- The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to survey prospective vendors capable of providing the Original Component Manufacturer (OCM) H-64 helicopter parts documented in Attachment 1 � OCM H64 Parts List. The identified parts are exact requirements and no alternates or used parts are acceptable. The Contractor shall provide all the parts as described. Delivery is FOB Destination to the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas 78419. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 336413 Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 number of employees. This acquisition will result in a firm-fixed price purchase order. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 is being conducted. This is not a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to make an award as a result of this announcement. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Comments and/or suggestions are encouraged and can be included in your response. Interested businesses shall provide the following information: 1. Company name, mailing address, cage code, point of contact, telephone number and email address. 2. Business size status, e.g., 8(a), Woman Owned or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, small business, large business, etc. 3. Appropriate written information and/or data supporting your capability to perform the required effort. 4. Answers to the following questions: a. Have you provided these items in the past? b. What is your delivery lead time after receipt of order? c. What are your payment/discount terms? d. Where are the products manufactured? e. What is the warranty coverage? This notice is designed to locate responsible sources that have an interest and can deliver the required products. If your firm is capable and qualified, send the required response in writing to the primary point of contact indicated within this announcement. Responses are due no later than 24 October 2023, 3:00 p.m. CDT by e-mail to the primary contact, Londres Medranda, Contract Specialist, at londres.e.medranda.civ@army.mil (secondary contact is Dawyn Martinez, Contracting Officer, at dawyn.m.martinez.civ@army.mil). Responses should be submitted in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Portable Document Format (PDF). Reference the synopsis title in subject line of e-mail.
