Description

The purpose of this Special Notice is to inform interested parties that no awards will be made under the Fiscal Year 2022 U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Air Force COVID-19 Commercial Solutions Opening Notice ID FA810122SC001 competitive solicitation for AoI-0003. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) also intends to conduct further market research regarding non-surgical, National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health-approved N95 respirator domestic production capacities.� Depending on the outcome of this market research, ASPR will take the actions necessary to meet its needs for domestic industrial base expansion capacity preservation of N95 respiratory production capacity.
