The laydays commence/cancel on 01 February 2024. Place of Contract Performance:� The vessel will operate worldwide with the vessel primarily based in Virginia and operating in waters off the US East Coast and Gulf of Mexico. Set-aside Status:� N/A. The decision to release this procurement as �Unrestricted� is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service.� All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
