Description

The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of qty: 2 - Marco RT-6100 Digital Refractor and qty:2 - SC-6100 Acuity Chart System at Altus AFB, Oklahoma.� Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 27 October 2023?at 1500 CDT (3:00PM CDT).?� This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339115. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.� Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes.? Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
