Description

This amendment to RFQ 36C26223Q1830 shall address vendor questions, add to the current statement of work (SOW) requirements, and extend the time for submission of responses. Vendor Question: I have a question concerning line item 0010 on posted solicitation 36C26223WQ1830. Product 0010 has the brand name of Lexiscan with the generic equivalent called Regadenoson as you have on the table Question Summarized: Can Regadenoson be provided in the bid instead of the Lexiscan? Answer: Yes, Regadenoson, the generic of Lexiscan, is acceptable. SOW Revision: Add the following reporting requirement. 17. CONTRACT PERFORMANCE REPORTING Vendor shall provide data on delivery with no less than the following information monthly, on the 1st of the month no later than the 5th of the month by close of business (COB), to the contracting point of contact (POC) and the station POC via email.
