Description

This construction project is for the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System Fort Wayne Campus, located at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN, 46805, and includes all necessary services to successfully survey and replace/refurbish elevator mechanisms, controls, and cab interiors of two (2) passenger elevators and one (1) service elevator. The Period of Performance is 90 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Magnitude of Construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
