Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to complete work identified in scope. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that the softener tank does not run out of salt. Storage of softener salt will not be allowed at the Red Lake Hospital. In accordance with the Statement of Work (attachment 2). 1. Estimated quantities of 1,730 pounds every two (2) weeks. Unloading shall be at the softener tank located on the north side of the hospital 2. Specifications: Brine Tank is 60"" diameter x 72"" H. Perimeter of outside rim of Brine Tank 15' 3"". Inside rim 14' 31/2"" Salt: crystal salt (Sodium Chloride) shall be washed for removal of impurities, kiln dried, screened, admixed and quality control tested The salt shall meet the following gradation requirements 1) U.S.S Mesh 4; Opening (Inches) 0.187; Range (%) 14-53; Cumm.
