Description

The National Park Service (NPS) announces a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking non-profit entities interested in the preservation and re-use of one or more historic buildings at Glacier National Park through a lease with the National Park Service. The offered properties are located on Lake McDonald and include the Fox-Henderson Cabin, Greve�s Tourist Camp, consisting of the main cabin/house and three guest cabins, Grisley Cabin, and the Moberly House. Copies of the RFP and Appendices are available for download from this notice. Questions If you do not understand something in this RFP, email questions to Jennifer Parker, Commercial Services Program Lead, serving Interior Regions 6, 7 & 8, at IMR_Leasing@nps.gov by November 16, 2023. Questions will be collected, and formal responses will be posted to the Sam.gov notice as a subsequent Amendment. Before submitting any questions, please review the questions and responses that were provided in the Appendix B RFEI-GLAC-LM-2021, as amended (Amendment 2), many of which will also apply to this RFP. Prior informal correspondence or communications with park staff should not be relied upon for responding to this RFP. Only the specific elements described herein, and formal questions/responses submitted should be relied upon in responding to the RFP.
