- Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Solicitation Number 19GE5023Q0060 Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby provides the following Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for: Supply and delivery of Classroom Furniture for the U.S. Embassy Tunis, Tunisia, on behalf of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). All interested sellers shall review the solicitation and offer equipment in accordance with the specification provided in this document. This acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. It is the offeror�s responsibility to prove that the equipment it is offering meets the requested specifications. This solicitation is amended to extend the deadline of offer submission from August 1, 2023 to August 18, 2023.
