- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Department of Interior/Bureau of Reclamation in Upper Colorado Basin is performing market research to determine if there are a sufficient number of qualified Small Businesses, (i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business) to set aside a Firm Fixed Price contract. Large businesses are allowed to submit a capability statement as well. The Government will use responses to this notice to make the appropriate acquisition decision. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES /SUPPLY TO BE REQUIRED: Inspection Borescope *See attached Salient Characteristics/Specifications document All interested contractors who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, with information describing their interest, capabilities statements and indicate which small business category for which they qualify to the Contracting Officer, Ana Fife at afife@usbr.gov, no later than 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), November 3, 2023. Please also state whether or not this product is available on a GSA Schedule. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. NAICS Code 334515 is applicable to this acquisition, and the size standard for a contractor is 750 employees. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 , required registration in the System Award Management System (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. This Special Notice replaces 140R6024Q0003. All follow on documents with regard to synopsis and solicitation for this requirement will be found at SAM.gov under this new number. This notice will expire 14 January 2024.
