Description

Marine Corps Installations - National Capital Region (MCI-NCR), Regional Contracting Office (RCO), Quantico, VA hereby gives notice of intent to award an order against GSA Federal Supply Schedule 47QTCA18D0081 to Executive Information Systems LLC (CAGE Code: 1NM64) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) Only One Source is Capable of Providing the Supplies or Services Required at the Level of Quality Required Because the Supplies or Services are Unique or Highly Specialized. This procurement is to provide Statistical Analysis System (SAS) software maintenance support for existing SAS software licenses in support of the United States Technology Services Organization (TSO) Programs and Resources (P&R) and Manpower and Research Affairs (M&RA) Directorates. The applicable NAICS Code is 541519- Information Technology Value Added Resellers with a Small Business Size Standard of 150 Employees. Market research has revealed Executive Information Systems LLC is the sole-source provider of SAS 9 Software. Therefore, the government intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis from Executive Information Systems LLC. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within ten (10) calendar days after the date of the publication of this notice will be considered.��Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses shall be emailed to Melissa Chabot at melissa.chabot@usmc.mil no later than 16 November 2023, 08:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Late responses will not be considered.
