� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS The National Library Service for Blind and Print Disabled (NLS), a service unit of the Library of Congress requires contractor support to provide Licenses and Tech Support services for the Braille Learning Management System (LMS). The Library intends to purchase the licenses and support plan for the Braille LMS from the system producer, Manan, LLC, DBA: Gyrus Systems. The period of performance is 01/01/2024 to 12/31/2028, consisting of a Contract Base Year and 4 Option Years. The vendor shall provide Licenses and Tech Support services for the LOC-NLS Braille LMS system and shall begin upon Award by the Library of Congress. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more details. The Library intends to fulfill this requirement by issuing a sole source contract award to Gyrus Systems.�Capability statements that demonstrate ability to meet all the requirements described in the attached draft Statement of Work will be accepted and considered for this and future needs of the Library.� The capability statement shall not exceed five (5) double-spaced pages and shall include the following information: Company name, UEI number, Sam registration number, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address Corporate structure (corporation, LLC, sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability partnership, professional corporation, etc.) References, including name, phone number, and e-mail address of individuals who can verify the demonstrated capabilities indicated in the statement and Resumes for key personnel who would work on the contract for those individuals with knowledge and experience relevant to the requirement described in the draft Statement of Work. (Resumes are not counted as part of the 5-page limit for capability statements.) Expression of vendor's interest does not negate the Library's reserved right to proceed on a sole source basis if the conditions described in the Justification and Approval document are not found to have been materially affected as a result of the newly provided information. In accordance with LC06.305, Availability of the Justification, the Justification and Approval to issue a sole- source contract to Gyrus Systems is posted with this notice.
