- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 17), South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) Audie L Murphy VA Medical Center intends to enter into an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Contractors to provide Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology Services at Audie L Murphy VA Medical Center, 7400 Merton Minter Street, San Antonio, TX 78229-4404 to veterans and eligible beneficiaries being serviced in San Antonio, TX. the Contractor s physician (s) care shall cover the range of Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology Services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art health care medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the American College of Physicians-Internal Medicine Clinical Practice Guidelines and Recommendations | ACP (acponline.org) and The American College of Cardiology (ACC): https://www.acc.org. The term of the contract is a base year plus four (4) one-year option periods. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available on November 20, 2023 or shortly thereafter and will be posted via the Contract Opportunities website. Prospective Offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the Contract Opportunities website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a quote, Offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work and terms and conditions of the requirement(s). The solicitation will be available for download from SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities. Interested Contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies are available. The solicitation will provide instructions to Contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the Contract Opportunities website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking this website for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the proposal period. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the contract opportunities website, so they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the applicable NAICS Code.
