Description

Intro: The US Coast Guard is seeking quotes to fulfill the following procurement requirement.� If interested, please submit your companies quote to adam.r.cervantes@uscg.mil by the due date.� Please reference the solicitation number / notice number in your email subject line. This RFQ is a 1 year base plus 4 additional option years Please review the below, fill out the attached SF-18 and email to adam.r.cervantes@uscg.mil RFQ Due Date: 11/17/2023 Approximate Period of Performance (POP): 10-01-2023 to 09-30-2024 with 4 additional option years Description: Tree trimming services for Base Honolulu Scope: Trim all coconut trees on Base Honolulu Sand Island twice a year. Overall, the goals are to ensure the grounds are safe from falling coconuts and debris, and esthetically pleasing. The first trimming will be around Christmas, and the second trimming will be at the beginning of summer. The exact dates will be agreed upon between Head of Facilities (Chuck Ahnee) and the vendor before the service occurs. -Current number of trees: 101 palm trees (77 Coconut Palm, 20 Date Palm, 4 Royal Palm) - Vendor shall properly dispose of debris off base � Equivalent Items: Equivalent items are acceptable.� Please submit equivalent items for acceptance prior to submitting proposal. Place of Performance / Delivery Location: 400 Sand Island PKWY, Honolulu, HI 96819 Credit Card Fee: Indicate on the quote any credit card processing fee you would charge.
