- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (NSWC Corona Division) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research and to inform industry that the Government intends to award on a brand name basis on Eaton Corporation Power Module, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units and accessories. Eaton Corporation�original and only known manufacturer of the Power Module, Uninterruptible Power Supply units and accessories. This notice is intended to fulfill the requirements of DFARS PGI 206.302-1. Not withstanding, Corona Division is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have the interest and capability to provide Eaton Corporation product in accordance with the attached Draft Purchase Description (PD). It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and DUNS number. (2) Business size . (3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes. (4) Industry commentary on the current version of the PD. Responses of this notice shall be submitted via email to the Procurement Specialist, Ashley Briseno via email at ashley.m.briseno.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 3:00 PM PDT on 17 November 2023. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426724Q0021 in the subject line. The information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business, socioeconomic set-aside, competitive or non-competitive method is possible, and to determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government's requirement. All organizations with the capability and availability to perform the requirement are invited to submit a response to this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
