Description: This is a synopsis of proposed contract action for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 5.207. The proposed contract action is for the Arnold Engineering Development Complex�s (AEDC) requirement for two brand name only (BNO) high speed cameras to be delivered to Arnold AFB, TN. This BNO requirement is for one Phantom VEO 440L and one Phantom VEO 1310L as manufactured by Vision Research, Inc. See Attachment for additional details.
