- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation:� quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T24Q0001 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.� The size standard is $19,500,000.00.� The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure support services, to include the storage, setup, deployment, and routine and incidental maintenance of specialized government harmful algal bloom (HAB) program equipment at Clinton Lake, Kansas. Specific tasks will include Field Equipment Storage, Field Support for Equipment Setup and Deployment, Routine Equipment Maintenance, Incidental Equipment Maintenance, Water Sampling, and Equipment Retrieval. Please reference the attached written RFQ for full detail of the requirement as well as all applicable provisions and clauses. Quotes shall include the information required in FAR clause 52.212-1(b). In addition, quoters shall provide sufficient information for the Government to determine its level of confidence in the ability of the quoter to satisfy the requirements of the RFQ based on an assessment of relevant harmful algal bloom (HAB) research experience. This may include: resumes/CVs of the proposed contractor personnel, reference to journal articles or reports written by the proposed contractor personnel ��demonstrating an understanding of HAB development, monitoring, and mitigation, specifically highlighting experience with the history or dynamics of HABs in same or similar climate zones as the Clinton Lake, KS demonstration area, experience with water sampling and analysis of using instrumentation for HAB monitoring, any other related technical data Please provide responses to this notice no later than the date and time listed above to: CERL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil Telephone responses will not be accepted. * Note: In order to be eligible for award of a Government contract, vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have no active exclusions, and complete representations and certifications.
