Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE contract to CHA GALLERIA LP. to provide Maxwell AFB�s Air University with a Mixed Reality Experience in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance of Work Statement (PWS). Brief Description of Requirement: AFROTC requires audio/visual (A/V) support to present visual aids and enable guest speakers to be heard in an auditorium holding 200 personnel and in each breakout room that will hold 50 personnel. The Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Commander's Symposium is an annual professional development event for 145 AFROTC Detachment Commanders and 4 Region Commanders. AFROTC Detachment Commanders are located at 148 geographically separated units (145 detachments and 3 regions) across the United States and Puerto Rico. Convening all Region and Detachment Commanders in one location provides an invaluable opportunity for directly mentoring the men and women who are charged with executing the AFROTC mission. This annual event directly impacts the quality of our leadership for years to come. The estimated period of performance is 08 January 2024 through 11 January 2024.
