The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (�MCC�) and the Government of C�te d�Ivoire (the �Government� or �GoCI�) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact (the �Compact�) for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in C�te d`Ivoire in the amount of approximately US$ 536.7 million (�MCC Funding�). The Government, acting through MCA-C�te d�Ivoire (the �MCA Entity� or �Buyer�), intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Request for Qualification (�RFQ�) is issued. Any payments made by the MCA Entity under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Compact and related documents, including restrictions on the use and distribution of MCC Funding. The Compact and its related documents can be found on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov) and on the MCA-C�te d�Ivoire website (http://www.mcacotedivoire.ci). 2. MCA-C�te d'Ivoire hereby invites eligible individual Consultants, Specialist in community mobilization, assistant to the senior consultant to support him in supervising community mobilization activities for the construction and opening of Local Colleges (CDP) in order to provide equitable access to education in the regions of Gb�k� and San assistant to the senior consultant to support him in supervising community mobilization activities for the construction and opening of Local Colleges (CDP) in order to provide equitable access to education in the regions of Gb�k� and San Pedro . The consultant will also take care of Grievance Management relating to the construction of TVET centers and ENS Pedro. Individual consultants are invited to submit their CV�s and financial proposals. MCA-C�te d�Ivoire will award the selected consultant a contract whose overall duration of the service is twenty-four (24) months divided between a basic period of twelve (12) months and an optional period of a duration of twelve (12) months which will be adjusted as necessary to take into account the end date of the Compact set for August 4, 2025. 3. Requirements: The required qualifications for the Individual Consultant are described in the description of services and requirement of deliverables indicated in the Request for Qualification (RFQ). 4.
