Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 The Memphis VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee has a requirement to Upgrade Elevators Building 1, 1A, and 7. The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, labor, materials, equipment, permits, license, supervision, and quality control to complete this project. See SOW Attached. This will be a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C section 8127 (d). NAICS code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, is applicable to this requirement. The small business size standard is $45M. The estimated range of construction is Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.00 This requirement will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.101 Best value continuum. The solicitation to be posted on or about Monday, 04 December 2023. All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email to robert.pritchard2@va.gov.
