Description

Dear Prospective Offeror, The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit Proposals for PR12171354 Lodging for SCA PPD Grants Training Workshop in Maldives, Male Statement of Work Dates: January 22-26, 2024 Rooms: 50-60 like-sized Single hotel rooms with breakfast and airport transfers Location: Mal� (Walking distance to the Meeruma) Flexibility: Prefer option to postpone if there is a need Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102 for offers over $30,000. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror�s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Quotation due date and time December 4th, 2023, at 17:00 hours local time. Email your quote to the below email address on or before due date and time. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
