Description

The Air Force Reserve Command, 434 CONF/LGC, Grissom ARB, IN. Contracting, is seeking any interested sources large or small businesses for Mold Remediation Services at Grissom ARB, IN. 46971 for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). DISCLAIMER: This sources sought notice is for informational purposes only and IS NOT a request for quotation. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 10 to determine the availability and capability of businesses to provide this service at Grissom ARB, IN. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract because of this announcement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary. Contact with other than 434 Grissom ARB Government personnel by potential offerors or their employees regarding this project is prohibited. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 562910, Remediation Services with the corresponding size standard of $22 million. VENDOR RESPONSE/REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: It is requested that vendors respond to this sources sought notice with information in sufficient detail regarding their capabilities and capacity to satisfy the requirement. Please note: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. SUBMISSION DETAILS/INFORMATION SOUGHT BY THE GOVERNMENT: Your general company information to include: company names, address, point of contact, phone number, e-mail address, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, Unique Entity ID (UEI) Number, Business Size (i.e., Small Business, Other than Small), and NAICS code(s) the company usually performs under. �A capabilities statement that includes a brief description of experience in Mold Remediation services. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. The website is https://www.sam.gov. Registration may take up to three weeks to process. ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM EASTERN TIME ON 01 DECEMBER 2023. The Government WILL NOT provide a debriefing on the results of the survey. All information submitted will be held in a confidential manner and will only be used for the purpose intended.
