Description
This contract is for lodging services in vicinity of MCAS Yuma, AZ for up to 4 nights for an annual event. The total quantity of single occupancy rooms is expected to be between 55-70 rooms (including parking accommodation for between 40-50 vehicles). The lodging facility/hotel is to be no more than a 20-minute driving time (one way) to/from MCAS Yuma, AZ. Anticipated periods of performance (subject to change by government): Base Year:������� ����������������� 06 March 2024 � 10 March 2024 Option Year 1: ����������������� 06 March 2025 � 09 March 2025 Option Year 2: ����������������� 12 March 2026 � 15 March 2026 Option Year 3: ����������������� 11 March 2027 � 14 March 2027 Task 1: Provide Adequate Lodging. Lodging is to be provided for military personnel in support of Yuma Airshow, wherein the accommodations shall: Occupancy rooms shall contain adequate living and sleeping areas for one (1) individual. No more than one person shall be assigned to a room. All rooms assigned will be validated by appointed Contracting Officer Representative. Have and maintain a 3 Star rating or better. Lodging accommodations shall support up to 70 rooms (including parking accommodation for up to 50 vehicles) for up to 4 nights (specific room quantity and number of nights provided below). The lodging facility/hotel is to be no more than a 20-minute driving time (one way) to/from MCAS Yuma. Breakfast is to be include at no additional cost for all designated personnel in lodging accomodations. TASK 1 PERFORMANCE GOALS: Rooms shall be constructed and finished to provide good light and sound attenuation. All windows shall be provided with blackout lining, shades, or blinds. If drapes are provided, they must screen out the light. Sufficient electrical outlets shall be available and in good working condition. All entrance doors to rooms shall have interior security locks, either deadbolt or double locking locks. Each room occupant shall be provided with a room key. Bathrooms must be constructed to provide convenient sanitary facilities. Bathrooms must contain a shower and/or tub combination with a wash basin, a properly functioning toilet, and a mirror. Additionally, bathrooms should have adequate lighting and grounded electrical outlets for use of electrical razors, hair dryers etc. The shower or shower/tub combination shall have shower doors or curtains. Rooms shall have adequate heating and cooling capabilities. The contractor shall provide daily room service. Furnishing and Equipment: Must be clean and in good repair. The following minimum furnishings are required Lamp -1 per desk or writing table Adequate clothes storage drawers and closet space Desk or writing table with chair Trash container Premium Linen package consisting of: two (2) flat sheets; three (3) bath cloths; three (3) wash cloths; at least one (1) pillow; one (1) pillow case; and one (1) blanket Additional desirable amenities but not required Radio/Alarm clock Working table and chairs Refrigerator Alarm clock Television A telephone in the room is desirable (if not available due to location, have telecommunication devices in the immediate area.) TASK 2: Contractor Furnished Services. The contractor shall provide the following services: The contractor must be adequately manned to provide a 24 hour check in and check out service, 7 days a week. Government personnel should not be billeted under this contract arrangement without presenting proper authorization to the contractor. Daily custodial services shall include, but is not limited to, room cleaning, bed making, linen change (as required), adequate quantities of soap, bath towels, hand towels, sanitized drinking glasses, facial tissues, and a cloth bathmat. All linen and blankets shall be clean, freshly laundered, without any objectionable odors, and in good repair, free from tears, rips, holes, stains, and extensive wear. Pillows shall be at least six inches thick to provide proper support. The contractor shall keep all hallways, corridors, grounds, and other adjacent areas under the contractor's control in a clean, neat, and safe condition. All rooms shall have ""DO NOT DISTURB"" signs available. Contractor's employees shall respect them when displayed. Customer service representatives shall be able to explain to occupants miscellaneous charges not covered by this statement of work, i.e., telephone charges. The contractor shall provide information on bus schedules, taxis and other local transportation, dining facilities and locations, and commercial telephone directory service.
