Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.� The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis IAW FAR 13.5 with Hologic, Inc., in support of Diagnostics and Countermeasures Branch (DCB), Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR).� The purpose of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) requirement is to provide reagents, consumables and service/maintenance agreement for Molecular HIV-1 and HCV Aptima/Panther testing. This shall include renewal of the service agreement for the Panther and Direct Tube System instrumentation currently owned by�HIV Diagnostics and Reference Laboratory (HDRL).
