The purpose of this Sources Sought/RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 339112. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Objectives To perform accurate and timely assessment of patients recovering post anesthetic resulting in the prevention of excessive use of reversal agents, reduce drug spending and enhanced patient safety. Scope Purchase of 15 each TwitchView Train of Four (TOF) Monitors for Quantitative Monitoring for Neuromuscular Blockade in the Operating Room and remote areas of the medical center. Product Descriptions TwitchView is the only quantitative neuromuscular monitor clinically validated as accurate and interchangeable with gold-standard mechanomyography (MMG), has been validated in multiple independent studies and proven accurate from deep blockade to recovery. TwitchView provide precise TOF counts and ratios for electromyography (EMG) and mechanomyography (MMG). Simple set up and reliable operation. Adult and pediatric electrodes (usable on fragile older skin) can be rapidly placed on either the hand or foot. EMG based measurements require no motion and can be utilized on tucked arms. One button startup initiates continuous monitoring across all levels of neuromuscular blockade (TOF Ratio, TOF Count, Post-tetanic Count). Integration with electronic medical records eliminates manual charting. Place of Performance Operating Rooms and remote areas where Anesthesia is administered, (i.e., Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Rapid Response, Code Blue). Baltimore VA Medical Center 10 N.
