****AMENDMENT 0001**** (See attached SF30) The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the RFQ quote due date to 12:00 PM Pacific Time on 12/15/2023; 2. Questions are due at 12:00 PM Pacific Time on 12/7/2023 (email them to spencer.hamilton@usda.gov); 3. Provide the following attachments pertaining to worksite: Attachment VI - Modular Foundation, Attachment VII � Sewer, Attachment VIII - Utility Rough In, Attachment IX � Water, Attachment X � Utilities, Attachment XI - Water Line Sizes. ### The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for construction of utility site preparatory work required for a modular unit placement at its facility located at 24106 N Bunn Road, Prosser, WA 99350. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained in this document. SITE VISIT:�A single organized site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday November 15, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
