- This Amendment is hereby issued to answer questions received, below are the answers. When did the last annual inspection occur? January 2023 When did the last monthly inspection occur? The last monthly was completed November 2023 Are the results of the last inspection(s) publicly available? No Are there maintenance records available for past inspections? There is a master list on file. Is there a current inventory by type of extinguisher, i.e. ABC, CO2, Water Mist and K Class? Yes, we have current inventory list. Each type should be very similar to repair. How were the previous inspections logged and tracked? The previous contractor logged and tracked the inspections. Is there a current a list of VA stock fire extinguishers (reference question 3, B.3 Performance Work Statement) There is a list however it needs updating, the Quote should be based on the number of extinguishers described in the Statement of Work. What, if any, insurance is required No additional insurances is needed for this requirement.
