- FED-BIZ-OPPS SPECIAL NOTICE Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.101(a)(1), the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(e)) and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 416), this Notice of Intent serves as the Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) intention to award a sole source contract directly to e3/Med-Acoustics located at 3305 Breckinridge Blvd., Suite 120, Duluth, GA 30096 for to purchase the clinical tympanometry equipment identified below for the Augusta VA Medical Center.
