All information received in response to this RFI that is marked PROPRIETARY will be handled accordingly. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any proprietary information not properly identified. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if issued. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the Contract Opportunities website at: https://beta.sam.gov/ for additional information pertaining to this RFI. 1.0 Description The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), through the Office of Chief Human Capital Officer, is soliciting information from top-tier public and private-sector companies interested in hosting NASA leaders for a two-week training immersion experience. This opportunity supports NASAs career development programs designed to improve the technical, professional, and management competencies of NASA employees. Through hands-on exposure to public and industry best practices, participants develop the necessary competencies, knowledge, and skills to build, sustain, and be a mission-ready workforce. Training immersion experiences are designed as two-week, onsite experiences with industry organizations. Participants are matched with an organization executive sponsor who will help target exposure to each participant's learning objectives. NASA participants will learn through observation and participation in key meetings, presentations and training briefings, tours, and day-to-day exposure to the organizational work environment, culture, and people. We anticipate organizations will also benefit from training NASA leaders through shared ideas, collaborative learning, and building stronger networks and relationships.
