- TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST 36C261-24-R-0024 Transitional House Exterior Repair and Painting NOTICE TO VETERANS INTERGRATED SERVICE NETWORK 21 (VISN 21) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) HOLDERS Description: THE RESULTING SOLCITATION IS TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). This requirement is being solicited utilizing the procedures outlined in FAR 16.505 Ordering. The Government intends to solicit to all VISN 21 Group 1 MACC Awardees thereby providing Fair Opportunity as required by FAR 16.505 (b) Orders Under Multiple Award Contracts. An award will be made to the offeror that is responsive to the terms of the TORFP and is most advantageous to the Government, considering only price included in the TORFP and SOW. The Government intends to award a task order without conducting discussions with offerors; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined to be necessary by the Contracting Officer. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
