Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for acquisition using FAR part 15. THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). VENDORS SHALL NOT SUBMIT FORMAL PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor shall the Government pay for the information resulting from this posting. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS, OR BIDS. Per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses do not affect a potential offeror�s ability to respond to any future synopsis/solicitation. The Government will not provide reimbursement for any information that may be submitted in response to this notice. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The General Services Administration (GSA) has identified a need to improve asset management, increase operational efficiencies, and reduce energy waste, the General Services Administration (GSA), in support of the Public Buildings Service, Office of Facility Management, is seeking a Unified User Interface (UUI) solution to integrate, converge, and view data from various operational technologies for remote control and monitoring of facility equipment and systems.� This proposed procurement is anticipated to be a full and open competition with a planned issuance date on or around 01/25/2024.� It is anticipated that a pre-proposal conference after the solicitation release date will be planned. Attached to this Synopsis is - a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP)� potential attachments that will be included in the RFP release answers in response to the Sources Sought Synopsis released July 10, 2023 RESPONSES REQUESTED: GSA requests that vendors use the attachments in the synopsis to review the draft RFP and attachments. Questions and recommendations are requested no later than January 11, 2024, 07:00 EST.
