Description

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-5 (10 USC 3204(a)(5)) and the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C.657(f)), with Colossal Contracting, LLC. 304 Harry S Truman Pkwy Ste G, Annapolis, MD 21401 as a CISCO Gold Certified source that is capable of providing CISCO Network switches, software, licenses, and warranties for Mt. Weather. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same services. All capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Capability statements shall be submitted by email only as a MS Word or Adobe PDF attachment to Dawn.Baran@fema.dhs.gov. Statements are due by 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on December 19,2023. No phone calls accepted.
